CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you cancel your booking before your Brand Discovery Call has taken place, you are entitled to a full refund. Please notify us by email at donna@brandexpresso.com within 48 hours of booking.

Cancellations After the Discovery Call
Once your Brand Discovery Call has taken place and creative work has begun, we are unable to offer a full refund as resources and time have been committed to your project. In this case, a 50% refund will be issued.

Our Love It Guarantee
We want you to love your images. If your delivered gallery doesn't feel right, we will revise until it does — at no extra cost. The number of revision rounds included depends on your package (see our Work With Me page).

If, after all included revision rounds have been completed, you are still not satisfied with the results, you may request a full refund. No awkward conversations. No small print. Just let us know.

How to Request a Refund
Contact us at donna@brandexpresso.com with your name, booking date, and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refunds within 10 business days.

Custom & Digital Products
Any digital products are non-refundable once accessed, as it is a downloadable digital product delivered immediately upon purchase.
